I am writing this letter on behalf of Debbie Augustine of Heartland Realty. Debbie did an excellent job of representing us and selling our house. She works with her husband, Dean, they were always happy and expedient in answering our calls and questions. They would check with the other agents that came through our house and get feed back on our property.

To us, the most helpful part of the whole selling process was the free market evaluation that Debbie did on our property before the house went on the market. She came through the house and went room to room with us to give us ideas on what should be changed to help the house sell faster. She gave us a very good idea on what the house would sell for. Debbie was always prepared when she meet with us or other agents, with market evaluations on other houses that sold on our block.

During the three weeks that our house was listed, we had 4 offers and never did we feel Debbie wanted us to accept the first offer. We would use Debbie again whenever we bought or sold another house, we have and will recommend her to friends and family.

After a very unpleasant experience with another independent broker, I listed my house with Debbie at Heartland Realty.
I was impressed with her professionalism and knowledge of the current market. It was at a time when it was a “buyers market” and houses weren’t moving fast at all. Several of my neighbors had their houses on the market for several months.
I listed my house on Tuesday, had an open house on Saturday and sold it that very day, I got my asking price and signed the deal within an hour. We closed in less than 7 weeks.
I would highly recommend Debbie Augustine to anyone who wants to sell their house. She is a real mover and does what she says she will do. I am extremely grateful to Debbie for working so hard and being so efficient so I could be with my husband again (he was transferred out of state).
